Excellent machine I'm very happy with this laptop. Windows 8 was easy to deal with. Normally, I spend a day to set up a new laptop with all the dev tools I need. This one took 3 hours. SQL Server 2012 setup took 15 minutes! Solid state drive is the way to go. I'm also very thankful to Sony for the option to turn off the touchpad. That was always a problem for me when I needed to type a lot. The 15" screen is actually much larger than your typical 15". Overall - two thumbs up. March 10, 2013

The importence of the battery life! The battery life... the battery life is not cattegorically is not enough!!! Now we need the notebooks with more then 15 hours battery life! How to explain this issue to the notebooks producers!!! October 29, 2012
