The redesigned NWZ-E470 series Walkman^® at 7mm is 30% thinner than previous models at 10mm. At just 7.0 mm thick, it’s the thinnest Walkman model in history. Streamlined for portability, the NWZ-E470 series can store hours of music, videos and personal photos thanks to the internal 8 GB memory².

Dynamic Normalizer

Dynamic Normalizer balances the volume level between songs. With this setting, when listening to album songs in the shuffle play mode, the volume level between songs is moderated to minimize the difference in their recording levels.

Built-in Gaming

The NWZ-E470 series Walkman^® comes pre-loaded with two relaxing games. Users can select between a colorful puzzle organizing game or a challenging numbers organization game. (similar to a falling block games & Sudoku)

Bookmarking with Multiple Playlists

Users can bookmark songs and add them to 5 configurable playlists.

Best I've found I clean houses and have been through a lot of mp3 players. This one has by far lasted the longest. Today we had a lot of rain and I dropped it in a puddle of water and didn't realize it until 10min latter. Upon retrieving it I found it so full of water that I could watch the water roll around in side it. I just knew that was the end of it. I am always feeling like I am getting ripped off by electronic companies because when these kinds of things happen they want you to by another one. Not so in this case, because i was able to take out a couple of screws believe it or not and dry it out! In only a few hours it was working again! How wonderful is that?! I hope that when this one does die that I can get another one just like it and that The downloading or nothing else about it has changed. This is a really great product. March 19, 2013
