More than I expected This TV has an incredible picture which I feel is better than many sets which cost significantly more. I am not a fan of LED back lighting because I feel it hypes the picture too much and makes everything appear too bright. Knowledgeable Home theater movie enthusiast who spend a lot of time reviewing picture quality know this little secret and is why they still give their highest picture quality rankings to Plasma TVs. Sony has always done a great job providing a realistic soft picture with vivid color balance which is easy on the eyes and can be watched for hours without fatiguing the senses because of heavy color saturation or over done brightness. Don?t be fooled. Seeing one of those ultra bright LED back lit screens in the store for 5 minutes with their shinny plastic glaring surface screens may look appealing but soon wears on you eyes when watching movies and other hi def video content for longer durations. This set with its BRAVIA engine is a steal for the price if you can still find it. If you own a PS3 or Sony Blu-Ray player you will be pleased with the sync option which lets you use any Sony sync compatible remote to control all your devices. August 15, 2011
PERFECT!!! After years of shopping for the perfect HDTV in my budget, I finally decided on this one. It's stunning!!! I can't get over how beautiful the picture looks, and once I hooked it up to my Bose Wave Radio for sound, that was it!!! No need to go to the movies any longer, I have the perfect set up with this product. Sony does it again. :-) ... Only thing is you have to get some type of extra sound system because the built in speakers are very average... February 6, 2012
Great Choice My wife and I will often just look at each other in amazement at the beauty of the picture on this television. I would not hesitate to make this choice again. I understand that Sony makes much more expensive products, but I wish that the sound was as impressive as the picture in this affordable model. January 11, 2012
AWESOME Awesome T.V. no complaints as of yet. Just that you need to hook up RCA cables for you to listen to cable T.V. though your home theater. Other than that it's AWESOME. January 3, 2012
