Best Value Bluetooth
Sony has ALWAYS been my Bluetooth choice. This comes next to my all time fave HBH-DS980. I still have my HBH-IS800 but I prefer this one due to battery life and music/volume controls :)

Best Earbuds under $500!!
I spend half my life in airplanes, airports and hotels and I wouldn't survive the ordeal without movies/DVDs of TV series on my laptop (and now on my iPad which I can't live without but that's another story...) and music on my iPod. Consequently, I'm on a perpetual search for the perfect passive noise canceling headphones. 'Been thru a lot of them and the only one that betters these DR-BT100CXs are the $CDN500+ twin driver Shure E-5s (which are not Bluetooth). The bass is simply outstanding, makes you feel like 'you're in the room' when listening to dance tracks. Very clean highs, not quite as crisp as the E-5s but immensely satisfying just the same. Very clear and well defined, particularly in movie dialogue, to the point where you can hear the breathing patterns in the actors speech. And for under $100, they're a truly outstanding value.
Only fly in the ointment: wiring is on the flimsy side; the right driver became intermittent after 13 months of use and quit altogether a month later. I should add that I've carried these with me everywhere and took no particular care to protect them in any way. They've been folded, stuffed, stretched and, I'm sorry to say, mildly abused... :-(
All in all, outstanding. It's a pity Sony has discontinued the DR-BT100CXs... good thing I just ordered 2 from an e-retailler... with a little TLC, these should last me 2-4 years or at least until someone else improves on these...

Surprisingly good and comfortable
I was surprised at the good sound quality of these Bluetooth earbuds with my iPhone4 and for late night iPad movie watching. I prefer this unobtrusive non-headband style although some might not like the clip on style. Very light, easy to recharge and, I think, the best of Bluetooth stereo earphones.

after further review
I wrote the review (kwithaj) also this is to update.
I first used the unit with an LG VU cell.
it seems there is a software conflict so each time I turn the headset on it automatically connects but a poor connection with muffled sound and the song selector don't work. If I go to the bluetooth menu in the phone and click connect manually the connection is clear and excellent. I have to do this every time but the earbuds sound fine. Disregard the next review I wrote referring to poor quality sound.
I don't like the wires but it works and sounds fine. I still like the one piece behind the neck unit better because the lack of wires tugging when you move around.
