Great Television just needs one update I have several Sony flat panel televisions and this one is is by far the most advanced, has the best picture and is the easiest to use. One problem I have found is that Minimum Volume is just way too high. I put this TV in my bedroom and unlike the older Sony Flat panel it replaced it's just too loud even at volume level "1" That's a easy fix for Sony to put out in a software update for this excellent TV, until that update comes out I have moved it into the living room. Poor durability As a Sony electronuc gadget fleak I am, I am very disappointed with this device. I was very happy when i ordered this TV and guess what, it only lasted for only TWO Years. It fails to stays on and it immediatelly goes off when the picture beginds to show up.. I really love sony products but now I don't know what to say anymore. February 28, 2011

Very Poor Sound Quality KDL32XBR9 I purchased this set and I'm very dissapointed with the poor sound quality. It's even more dissapointing that Sony is telling their service tech that this is an acceptable issue. February 22, 2010
