Failed @ 18 months Was happy with the TV but quit working @ 18 months for no reason. I haven't had much long term success with most of my Sony products. Time to try a nwer less expensive brand since they give the same warranty and no one fixes these anyway. October 12, 2010
No Variable Audio Out This TV is great except for one thing. The "audio out" is fixed and not variable. This is crazy because I have to get up to adjust the volume on the external speakers. I've never had a TV that didn't have a variable output controlled by the TV controller. June 22, 2010

Best Customer Service A long time Sony owner of all types of electronics, laptops, etc. I replaced "another brand" for my Mom's bedroom TV. Ordering online was simple, value oriented and it was delivered directly to her house, and I was able to install and set-up in less than15 minutes.
