8.1 MP Super HAD™ CCD

Face Detection

Great Camera This is my second Sony camera purchase and again I love it! I started out with a Sony Cyber Shot- 4X. I have owned other camera's, but Sony has the technolgy to make beautiful clear pictures. I thought I would try a Nikon 18X lens camera, but found myself taking it back and a slap on the hands for thinking it would be anything like Sony. I found that once you go Sony, you shouldn't go to something else. If you are trying to make a choice, make it to Sony first, it will save all the trips to the store! January 9, 2009

Great! This is an amazing camera! The zoom is perfect. The picture quality-amazing! The video capability was great. Although this camera is great, my flash bulb died after the year warranty was up and will cost about half the camera price to fix. The fireworks setting was useless, and the image stabilization didn't work. Plus, no zooming during video. I would recommend this product, but there are things I would change. November 9, 2010

Awesome! I'm a huge hockey fan and needed a affordable camera to help bring home some of the memories from the arena. This camera does the trick. Awesome up close pictures from sitting up high! I would definitely recommend this camera! July 19, 2010
