The NEX-F3 makes it truly a snap to take satisfying self-portraits. Just flip the LCD screen up, frame the shot, then press the shutter release button. A handy three-second timer activates so you can put on your best face and prepare for the shot. The 180� tiltable screen directly faces you, making it easy to arrange a composition that includes friends, pets or a favorite item.

Picture Effects for the right look for any scene

Transform ordinary shots into expressive art with Picture Effect. A total of 15 effects let you express yourself in a variety of ways via a simple, intuitive interface. Most effects are displayed in real-time on the LCD screen and can be applied to both photos and movies, letting you experiment with effects and preview results before the shot.

Strike the perfect pose

Give your portrait photos a professional look with Auto Portrait Framing. Enable it when shooting portraits and the image is automatically cropped to create a nicely balanced composition. The original is also saved so you can choose which version captures the right mood. And thanks to Sony’s By Pixel Super Resolution Technology, the cropped photo exhibits excellent image quality.

Perfect when an extra burst of light is needed to get the shot. The Guide Number of 6* combines with high ISO sensitivity to enable shooting in just about any setting. In meters at ISO 100 equivalent.
