Very nice system
Just got this system a couple of days ago and have really enjoyed it thus far . It has plenty of power to do the job . It is very versatile as a home entertainment source or can be theoretically used for live sound reproduction . The only draw back to it is the length of the speaker cables , they are very short . It would be nice if the cables were longer or if there were extentions available for them to be able to space the speakers further away from the head unit . All in all , very good system .

Lacks Tech
I bought this system a month ago, it sounds good, the bass is awesome shakes everything. It does lack new technology, like I cant play my 4th gen I-pod Touch on it which I find very disappointing, my main reason for buying it was to play my music from my I-pod so when I got it home and I plugged my I-pod to the usb port the display read ''device not supported'' what a disappointment. I read it plays mp3 sources but it seems you can only use flashdrives. I wanted to return it right away, but I still have it. I owned a Sony LBTGTZ4I which is worth about $350 and I was able to play my I-pod on it and this Sony LBT-SH2000 which is worth a lot more doesn't, that's ridiculous. It only plays 1 cd so your going to be changing them all th time. I'm still debating whether its really worth a $1000. You do get loud music and bass with lights but you can build the same system or maybe better for less. The volume knob on the system feels very flimsy making it feel cheap, its not solid and its plastic. The unit only has RCA connections for TV,PC,Game,CD and I think AUX no HDMI or anything like that, you cant add any more speakers to it, its not like a receiver or amp where you can add plenty of things. Its a good system, great for parties. Personally I don't think its worth a $1000.

street shaker
love this stereo, Ive owned loads of high powered systems from the old jvc tower of power to the top of the line Sony mutegi,and this one takes the cake, loudest i can find with out but the components separate. despite the only audio in connection being the red/white rca, i still would recommend this to anyone who is looking for room shaking bass, a system that draws attention(sometimes to much) or someone who has parties.. definitely a conversation starter. Sony has done it again!! 10 out of 10

what I would like
Bad to the bone. Wish I could add more speakers and amps to the system. Other then that love it.I would tell my boyz about this system.
