I haven't decided to keep it yet So I got a great buy on this pc from the outlet store I was super excited about it. Really easy to set up, and found my printer and installed drivers all by itself! Awesome. However, My love affair ends with the resolution of the fonts. I have ghosting or highlights all around my letters on web pages and email and some or darker like ink has bled through. I can't stand it! I have tried every single setting possible, removed and added cleartype and I have calibrated each time, still get it. I changed contrast and changed brightness, still there. Anyone has suggestions please let me know. Also, speed isn't faster than my 6 year old vaio laptop. Could be faster . The keyboard is cheap and too darn small. I am a woman with average size hands and I type incredibly fast and I have a hard time staying on the right keys and the computer has a hard time keeping up with me. Please give a keyboard that equates to the price of the machine. My 40.00 bluetooth keyboard I bought for my kids tablet has more substance than this. And lastly, the optical drive, it will read a blu ray disk no problem! but the minute you put a regular dvd in there it errors out in 10 seconds and won't play and sometimes won't even read it. Ridiculous that I have to load a 3rd party software on myself to get it to read and play a dvd. So I haven't decided if I am going to live with these couple of issues or take it back, I am still within my 14 days. Plus I am missing the remote control it is supposed to come with. May 5, 2013

What a waste of money... I've been a Windows guy forever... Even after Windows ME and Vista... So when the 5yr old Dell started to slow down, I thought it was about time for an upgrade. Boy was I wrong! I'm not sure if its 100% Windows 8 or the Sony touchscreen desktop or a combination of the both but whatever it is... the combination sucks. I'm hoping that unistalling Win8 and installing Win7 will salvage the purchase. Touchscreen is cool for about 9 minutes. Then you get annoyed by the fingerprints and smudges. I find myself now only using the mouse and keyboard which is very difficult with Win8. For a Core i7 and 16GB of RAM, this computer is SLOW... Long story short... spend your money elsewhere. and stay away from Win8! April 20, 2013

Best Computer Ever!! Love this computer. Windows 8 is a little different and takes some getting used to, but the touchscreen works fast & effectively. Keyboard, remote & mouse are top notch. The Display is amazing, especially when watching HD TV or movies. Would HIGHLY recommend this computer for anyone that wants quality, speed and sexy looks. Did I mention AMAZING! :) March 11, 2013

Great Computer!!! We just got this and love it. Touchscreen is amazing. 24" can't be beat. It is very fast and works with multiple programs with no effort. Still trying to get used to Windows 8. The Sony store we went to gave us the student discount with little effort. 10% off really helped. Also they said by purchasing in store with my Sony card, they could offer longer financing. They offer 18 and 24 months. Thats customer service. Giving me options. February 20, 2013
