Must have! You can have it on the windshield but the cam will be upside down. Just have to flip the video later in production. I like to pop it on the side-window. Either way, works great. Fyi. clean the window before. May 25, 2013
Can't use it on front windshield I tried my best, even with the extension, but couldnt get it to work on my front windshield! If i stick it to my side window, then i cant open it because the cam is on it and when i try to stick it on front windshield, it just doesnt work, i can't get a proper angle in my Ford Focus SVT.. I'll try to find a better item than this, GoPro doesnt work either, so if you don't mind the front windshield inside-your-car-recording-while-driving, then get this. February 20, 2013
