The Bluetooth Headphones to Beat
These headphones are terrific. I've tried many others, including the gimmicky Ziks, and as far as sound quality and comfort, the 1RBTs are the head of the class. Sure, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would have liked more metal in the build for the price, but the plastic seems durable enough. Most importantly, the sound is the best I've heard. They are not bass cannons, but there is plenty of clean bass that doesn't junk up the mids/highs. I'm no audiophile, but I am very particular with wireless headphone sound, and the sound even improved after a short 5hr burn in. The range was excellent on the BT, as I was able to much further than any other BT device I own. I did not notice any static or cutoffs at 10m even through several walls.

Excellent headphones
These are excellent, they blew me away. They are the best BT headphones I've ever heard, and I've heard a lot. There is no difference between BT and the wired connection when it comes to quality.
Thats a good thing, since they don't come with an iPhone cord, so if you are using Apple products you pretty much *have* to use BT.
They work fine on my iPhone5 and Macs.

Amazing
Great sound quality. No difference between wired and wireless. Would happily recommend. As mentioned in cons there is only a soft cover case and the charging wire is only about 2ft but nevertheless still very happy with this sony product. Wireless setup was very simple and easy.

Superb Sound, Function, & Quality - Outstanding!
I honestly was skeptical as I fully expected this purchase to be a return. I just wanted to compare to my Beats Studio and Bose QC15. WOW was I surprised!
Sound: Every bit as good as Beats in the low end. Better in the highs. Better than the QC15 particularly at the low end. No active noise cancellation. Also works wired which will disable the Bluetooth when the cable is plugged in. No discernible difference between wired or wireless sound.
Function: The best I have ever used on a headset. Placement of controls clearly well designed and implemented. Easily distinguishable by feel and location while wearing. No Bluetooth pairing problems. Tested with Android 4.1, Mac OS 10.8, and PS3. ALL hands-free functions worked with Android 4.1 including NFC (Samsung Galaxy Note II). Wireless range approx. 30 feet. It is a great experience to be able to walk away unincombered by the cord. You forget where the audio is coming from until you get too far away and the sound starts to break up .. haa!
Quality: Comfortable and surprisingly light. Lighter than Beats but heavier than the QC15. Padding excellent. A lot of plastic but not cheap feeling in any way.
Summary: Sony had a slogan they used back in the 70's and 80's, "Sony no baloney". It represented that you might pay a little more for Sony but in return you got a wonderfully engineered product that would last a long time. There is definitely no baloney here ...
