Hard shell S series
It would of been nice if SONY posted details that your S series laptop must be purchase after June 2012 for this item to fit. So I am stuck with a useless item. The package clearly spells out June 2012 but is no where to be found on SONY's Website. My S series was purchased April - May 2012.

High Quality Protective Cover
I'm an owner of a SONY VAIO SVS15116FXS and I'm glad I purchased this protective cover because not only is it a precise fit (just snap it into place) but it gives an added exotic look to the VAIO Notebook PC! The only major drawback for me was the limited color options because my VAIO comes in silver and I wished they made it also in a silver color so it would be seamless but overall, I highly recommend this item if you're looking to add some extra protection to your S Series VAIO Notebook along with giving it an exotic look!
