Better than Beats!
I bought these because i wanted a nice pair of head phones that were not expensive. I got these with my Sony E series VIAO, the colors of the headphones matched my keyboard cover. The headphones sound great and even thought they are not noise cancelling they work well at making outside noise quiet. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who realizes Beats are just not worth it.

Great sq for the price!
Overall a great sounding set of on ear headphones. The sq is surprisingly good, with major bass boom!!! But I can still hear the mids, as voices actually come through clean & clear. And I still hear the treble,... I'm quite pleased with these little gems.
Oh, they do get a little warm when wearing them. But, so do all closed headphones - both on ear and over the ear.
Like I've said, these sound fantastic. And I find them quite comfortable. Great job Sony!!!

What I have been wanting in a headphone
I purchased these headphones because I wanted good sound quality like my friends mdr xb500's, but wanted them to be lighter, and my friend complained that the large cushions made him sweat a lot from the arizona heat. These headphones sound spectacular in all categories they have enough bass clear mids and lows and are stylish and come in different colors(I wish there were green, not bright green, like a dark green) I am not a real audio expert but these beat by past beats studios and cost %70 less.
