The best LED All i can say is this tv reminds me of Sony's excellent trintron tvs. July 14, 2012

Best LED TV Ever This is a great TV if set up properly. Just turn off presence sensor and light sensor and decrease color to 55 or 56. Leave motionflow at standard unless streaming SD, then it should be set off. Otherwise, leave motionflow to standard. Do not use any setting other than standard or OFF. Set sound to standard and turn on auto-volume. Set scene select to auto and you are finished. You will see incredible clarity and color accuracy. The light coming through the Gorilla Glass is amazing and makes traditional LCDs and LEDs look antiquated. July 9, 2012

The best led on the market Has the best picture on any LED that I have seen. Comes very close to the black levels of the top-of-the-line plasmas. Has better light transmission (ie, sunlight, bright in shadows) than any plasma. Just set the motion control to 960 smooth or standard and cut the cinemotion off, set the blue gain to -1 in the white levels and you are finished. This TV has the best out-of-the box settings I have ever seen. Playback of SD content with the above settings changed produces a picture that is hard to believe, especially when played on a upconverting Blu-ray player. 3D playback with the Sony Platinum Glasses is flawless. Overall, probably the best ever LED. I analyzed this TV with the XBR 929 at Best Buy, and the 850 looked much more natural even without full array LEDs. June 21, 2012

Good Video quality for HD Source Overall this is one of the best TV in the market. But you have to feed only HD content. with SD content video out put quality is very poor. X-reality is just gimmick.. HD TV won't support and HD format videos from your USB/DLNA. NO MKV, XVID support. TV couldn't recognize my videos which I recorded in my Panasonic and D90 cameras. So USB port and DLNA is useless. Who want to play mpeg1 video using usb?. Sony should start support all video codec. This is the reason their sales is very very poor. April 16, 2012
