2 duds took back the first one to best buy thinking it was just one defective item now the second one is doing the same thing -can't use it to walk around in your pocket -as any movement causes the ear phone to loose connection --very disappointed --especially as I bought a similar model last year and used it all the time /(am not happy it died-but I accept that products are frequently made to 'wear out ' after the warranty is no longer active) --I have used dolby products for years --I am so disapointed!! The CD players were great--and this player has all sorts of things that would be great --but if I have to sit in a chair with the player absulutely still --it is not fulfilling the basic function of a portable player- January 28, 2012

Easy to Use It is a sound device with a clear picture and sound. We got this for my 4 year old and she loves it. Just wish we could load movies easier. Love the hold button so she doesn't skip songs by accident. December 11, 2011
