Limited Warranty on Eye-Fi Card
Eye-Fi warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Eye-Fi, Inc. ("Eye-Fi") warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWELVE (12) MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option Eye-Fi will exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for the customer. Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges associated with the product return to Eye-Fi or Eye-Fi's authorized representative. Eye-Fi is responsible for all shipping charges associated with shipping a replacement product to customer (3-day air service or equivalent).

Contact Eye-Fi Customer Care department via phone at: 877-873-9334 (toll-free). Eye-Fi Customer Care can be reached Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM (PST). Be prepared to provide "proof of purchase" information to the Customer Care agent to determine warranty entitlement.
