The woofer cones are constructed of Sony exclusive Highly Oriented Polyolefine (HOP) and reinforced with Aramid fibers for extra firmness while the polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) diaphragm tweeters take care of the musical details.
The Sony® XS-GT1627A 6.5" speakers use a classic coaxial design with multiple mounting options. The woofer cone is constructed from HOP/Aramid fiber for smooth mid-range frequencies and the PEN tweeter delivers clear high frequncies.
