This subwoofer cone is constructed from injected polypropylene to provide a rigid cone for better response with good power handling. Compact size Big sound range Booming base I've installed this subwoofer in the boot of my SUV and the XS-GTX1641s in the front doors and XS-GTX1627As in the passenger area. The sound is BIG and solid without a muffled wah wah rumble. I listen to a lot of Techno & Pop so the whole range is utilised really well without distortion. The subwoofer was compared with a competitors in store, the only difference being it costing a load less. The slim box is great for my requirements space wise, but from some web articles I understand if you have the room a larger tuned port casing would be ideal for the speaker. May 4, 2011
