Just Buy 'Em! Bought these on a whim because an online store was having a sale. Bought 2 in fact, because I read the reviews here and although sound was reviewed as great, durable wasn't (?). I've had them for a week only, so I can't comment on durability.. but the sound is so sweet! Bass levels are so good (at this price point, it's amazing) yet the mids and highs are really holding their own (again, remember these are entry level phones). I really love them.. movies and music both sound different, they've got more bass than a lot of in-ear models that are below $100. I really like the mask-like design too. Buy for yourself as a good spare, and as Christmas is around the corner, share them as stocking stuffers! Thank you, Sony! October 29, 2011
Excellent! I've been using the economically priced MDRE10LPL headphones from Sony for years and have always thought they were good, but then I wanted an upgrade now that I have an ipod and a laptop that offers SRS. I am glad I bought these. The sound on these Exhale earbuds are excellent! The sound is crisp and clear unlike other headphones where sound gets muffled especially when there is a lot of bass. With these, I don't even need to tweak the EQ settings to "make" them sound better (which I do for others to boost bass). These are clear winners even when compared to the Apple headphones that came with my ipod touch (the Apple ones actually sound a bit static). I guess its only drawback may be the design. Some people may find them a little too big and not very appealing at first sight. August 9, 2011
My wonderful replacement for apple earphones very happy customer January 4, 2011
Fantastic Investment! I just received my little package in the mail today, immediately plugged them in and listened to a whole song, I could hear everything, instruments in the song that I didn't know were there before (and I've listened to this song thousands of times) notes in the vocalists voice that I didn't hear before, the earbuds are fantastic. However the only problem I have is the same problem I have with nearly every ear bud purchase I've gotten, they have a slight problem staying in my ear, BUT these did a better job then most! Plus the price isn't to bad at all, to be honest, as a college student $21 bucks for a pair of head phones (I know I know) is alittle teensy bit steep but honestly considering the quality, the brand, its very inexpensive! So head out and buy 'em! October 27, 2010
