Sony Stands By Product After 14 months of enjoying this TV I was frustrated that all of a sudden there was no power to the unit. I put a call into Sony who referred me to the local repair shop. The repair shop submitted the repair estimate to Sony and I was advised today that, even out of warranty, Sony is going to cover the cost of the repairs. I was very pleasently surpised and Sony has earned my respect and dedication as a consumer. Thanks Sony. April 11, 2012

Awesome I bought this T.V. during the summer of 2010, and it was my first HD LCD. I love it so much, and couldn't be happier. Only concern is a few random split second screen blackouts....not sure what happens but this has occurred only a few times.....I use it in lengthy sessions as i play a lot of video games so i know how awesome this t.v. is SOOO I DEFF RECOMMEND GOOD PRICE FOR GOOD LCD January 11, 2012

5 out of 5 i like my tv just fine it was alot cheaper than the 46" and the 55' tv it has the same stuff i like the picture on the 40" better it uses 180wartts insted of 255watts so it is good for dc power and it won't use as much power i has ben working just great it has the best picture it has the best sound i will work with my blue ray player and my laptop and my desktop as well and my wii i has HD inputs on every thing like the vga port is hd and my conpnet ports are HD and the rca are HD as well i have 7 HD inputs on the tv and also ever ex500 modles have the same thing it will stell work good for a long time roberts HD tv is not as good as mine it is just toi big for my place i don't have ength room in my place to have a 46" and a 55' tv i like the stand on my tv rotaes 180 dagrees i like the full HD on the sony better than the rca tvs are the crapyest on the plante the sony has a better picture than the RCA it was not cheap at all October 19, 2011

i like mine better than robert mine was cheaper it has the best picture and sound it is really fast for gaming and movies it works with my sony blue ray player and it works with my wii and my laptop it has the best contrast it is not 3d i don't care as much 3d is stuped i don't like 3d there is ups and downs on the tv i witch it has 240hz insted of 120hz it work fine it is going to last for ever it is never going to burn in it is lcd screen it was cheap to buy if any one buys this tv was a good buy i like it alot it is good for watching movies and play games without prpblems no slow downs at all it is good for the aptments that have small spaces and good for home theatres screens i would never buy a 46" or 55" i like the 40" becuase it dosent wigh as much and it is easy to take it to places like my cusens and my mom and house i am not going buy a anther sanyo thay are not the best tvs and if robert says my tv sucks he cant come over at all July 13, 2011
