Just OK
From the lack of lighted control buttons on hand held keyboard (noisy buttons too), to the largely limited installation capabilities of needed apps (adobe, etc.) for everyday normal use. I feel I could saved the money from the purchase and continue to watch TV normally with laptop in hand.

Works great!
My house was built circa 1975. I plugged the adapter into wall jack then into my Linksys router upstairs and on other side of house, plugged the XAVB1004 into wall next to TV. Connected the TV, DIRECTV box and blue ray into the XAVB1004, it works great. Streamed a movie on NETFLIX Instant with no problems, no lag, sound was great, picture too.

Doesn't always work
In my home which was built in the 1940's, it wouldn't work unless all units were plugged into the same outlet. In my nephew's home, it did work in different rooms. I don't know if this would be a reason for a return but it should be considered
