AMAZING SOUND!!!!
RIght out of the package they paired and connected fater than any BT device I have ever used. Don't listen to these people when they say the clip is cheap. I use these at the gym and this unit stays clipped to my shirt even while jogging. The sound is perfect as I would expect from SONY headphones ( I have a lot of them) but these being BT wireless are amazing with a rage that far exceeds what I have expected. I can leave my Sony Tablet on the other end of the house and these still work perfect. I love the USB charging because I hate the use of power cables, when Im not using them I plug them into the laptop so I am good when I need to use them. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to experiance a reasonable priced, great quality headset. GO SONY!!!

Great product, but time for something new
I, for one, like everything wireless and Bluetooth is one of my favorite technologies. I have the TDM-BT1 attachment for my stereo, so I can freely play music from either my computer or phone. While I'm at work, I hate being tethered to my desk and the BT100CX freed me to go most anywhere I needed (within BT range) and not lose a beat. I've loved the device and would definitely recommend it as something I know works and provides exactly what I wanted from it. With respect to the microphone comment, I would just say that when I was on phone calls or using the headset with skype/gtalk, whoever I was talking to would complain of not being able to hear me well until I switched to a different mic. So, you may need to be mindful of where you wear the dongle if you're going to use it more for hands free than for music.
I've had two of these in the past 2-3 years, and I promised myself when this second one died I'd move on to something bigger and better. The same thing happened with both devices I owned: the left earbud malfunctions and loses audio. This last time, I was able to get bits of sound back by playing with the cord right at the bud, but nothing permanent. I'm looking to get something higher quality, but there aren't many BT options (for good reasons, it seems: data speeds, 2.4G interference, etc). For the time being I'm taking a small step to the Sony Ericsson MW600, which is basically a BT enabled 3.5mm jack (with FM radio), so I'll be able to try different headsets and still keep my favorite tech.
So, bottom line, I recommend the BT100CX, just don't expect to have it forever.

Good product...
Using it with my Xperia X10 and loving it. It can be used with any media app, and pairing is painless. Once it is paired, it picks up the phone pretty quick every time you turn it on. Sound quality is really good if not best...

DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
I WOULD SAY I HAD THESE HEADSETS FOR A ABOUT 6 MOS. PAID CLOST $100 FOR IT FROM THE SONY STORE. I WOULD ASSUME THAT IT WOULD LAST LONGER BUT SO FAR WITH MY EXPERIENCE SONY ALL THEIR HEADSETS HAVEA EXPIRATION DATE!!! SOMETHING WILL EVENTUALLY GO WRONG WITH THEIR HEADSETS, BLUETOOTH OR NOT!!! I WOULD NOT STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT BEIGN A AVID USER OF SONY.
