Great Camera. Great Price I am currently a college student going for my video degree, and purchased this camera as an investment into my own business. This camera competes side by side with my school's 10k cameras, so it is well worth the money. The only things I don't like about it, are the limited macro focus if you are zoomed in all the way, and that when you are zoomed in all the way, the lowest f-stop you can reach is 3.4. it won't let you go lower than that. it might just be a setting but i have not found anything. overall awesome camera. takes a little getting used to at first because of the small size compared to other professional cameras, but it doesn't take long. i would definitely recommend this camera to others. Incredible versatile camera I have had this camera for over a year now and have filmed music videos, commercials, and 3 documentaries with it, some of which are on tv. You can shoot all day with the camera and use either hdd, minidv, or hdv. The quality is superb and the accessories are made to work with it like your slipping a glove on. Completely firewire accessable. The camera can be used like any industry-standard camera using manual focus, F-stop, and zoom. Built in is a stereo mic which works quite well in a pinch, but I'd invest in the shotgun mic for it. I'd say over all it is the best camera I've ever purchased. April 3, 2010
