Pwetty good If you're that guy looking for headphones that don't isolate sound (because sometimes you actually want to be aware of you surroundings) and you don't want to sacrifice too much sound quality, these are the headphones for you. The bass is present but doesn't stand out much. Sometimes I put my iPhone on bass booster because of this. The bass is also a little too tight. If you are in a quiet place (like a classroom at school) I wouldn't turn up the volume because the sound leaks and people will hear your music. If you're looking for sound quality get in ear headphones. Open air headphones (like these) simply do not compare to in ear headphones. I have compared these to other open air headphones (like Apple's new headphones and even Bose!) and the sound is noticeably better. I have yet to find better sounding open air headphones. The best These are the best. I have purchased 20+ different headsets and earbuds trying to get something that will stay in my ears while mountain biking AND still sound good. These are the ones. You can pay more, but there is no need; just buy these. February 25, 2012
Only Earbuds I'll Use I have always hated earbuds because they've always fit awkwardly in my ears, causing pain and irritation. They also tend to have horrible sound quality. However, I bought a pair of these so I could listen to music while I worked (my job at the time required spending long overnight hours in an empty building). I've had them in for many hours at a time and never experienced any discomfort. Plus, the sound quality is amazing for earbuds. My first pair wore out after continuous use while I was at work and I ordered a second one. As long as these are available, they will be the only earbuds I use. June 5, 2011
