Great radio
Brought this a couple of years ago for my husband. He hadn't used a Walkman before, but since he started jogging, I thought it was a great idea. HE LOVES IT. He jigs almost every day and loves it. Great simple design. Easy to use.

Real Disappointment
I like listening to radio when I exercize. So, I was really happy to see this product come on the market. However, it has not lived up at all the high quality I have experienced in Sony products owned previously.
THe design is poor. It is a bulky devise - sticking out a good 1.5 inches from your arm. With no protective case available, one has to be careful to keep it from hitting equipment or other objects as one works out. All the controls are on the outward or front facing surfaces, so these are also susceptible to getting hit as well.
But the worst part came this week when the device started turning itself off for no reason at increasingly shorter intervals. When that interval got down to a few seconds I just gave up.

Very weak reception in major metropolitan area
Doesn't receive FM stations very well at all. Must be the one AAA battery or the antenna design. Something is flawed in this device
