Lasts and Lasts This has to be the most durable music player I have ever owned. Mine is the smaller storage space version, and I'm so, so, so reluctant to upgrade even though it's not enough space for me anymore. The turn knob style navigation is so easy to use. I operate it in my pocket while walking, no problem. I've owned this for years, and I've dropped it from shoulder and waist height onto pavement, cement, tile, carpet... you name it, I've done it. It has a couple miniscule pits in the glass at one end that aren't sharp from one collision and the paint on the play button has started to rub off. That's it. Years of use and abuse every day, hours of listening daily, and that's all the trouble I have with it. I love this MP3 player. If sony currently made a bigger one and had it in their shop today, I'd buy it in a heart beat, I'd recommend it to everyone I know. It's just that good. I'd take this over any old ipod any day of the week hands down, no question. November 1, 2011
