  • Protection from Mother Nature It's a fact, lightening strikes and power surges can seriously damage your electronic devices. A Sony Service Plan or Replacement Plan will keep your investment protected, even if your product is plugged into a surge protector.
  • Service Plans A Service Plan extends the standard Sony limited warranty up to the selected term. All Service Plans cover all parts and labor and shipping costs for repair of your Sony product. Coverage begins on the date you purchase the product. Service Plans are available offering up to four years of coverage (options may vary by product.)   • Replacement Plans Should your Sony product malfunction or fail to operate properly, a Replacement Plan will provide an exact replacement up to the term selected. In the event an exact product cannot be located, you will receive a replacement that is of equal or comparable value.
