This is perhaps the only computer you'll need nowadays. With 2 external displays outputs and usb 3.0, makes it an well thought product.
I have a SE 15.5 2gen core i7 but the duo is even faster than that big computer, almost the same graphics power and almost instant response because of the SSD drive.
The keyboard issue of being small is just a matter of getting used to it, after a week of use you become use to it and write as fast as normal sized keyboard.
I have some issues with the pen that sometimes it doesn't work, have to pull the battery out of it so it somehows gets restarted and works fine afterwards.
I would've like that they add the thunderbolt port solution to this small machine so we have like the Z series an external GFX card and a disc media reader. But I guess doin that would already made it even more expensive than what it is right now.
Also if would've been nice that you move the some circuitry to the screen (maybe the wifi card and the SSD) then It should be space for a low power GFX card so the battery last longer because the CPU can share the load with the GPU... Then this would be the only device to have.

I've been using this for about 1 month everyday now as my main computer. I use it for work both in the office and traveling. I travel a lot for work so it is perfect since it's small & light. The screen is small but the resolution is awesome so it's not hard to read at all, even when using all day. I've found the battery life to be about 5 to 6 hrs the way I use it and have the power profiles setup. I did get the larger sheet battery for the times I'm on longer flights or away from power for extended times, but in generally I've not had to use it much so far.
I've not had any issues with the smaller keyboard as it's really not much different than any smaller laptops. I also use a wireless mouse mainly with it as the built in mouse/pointer when not just using the touch screen. The built in pointer is just too hard/slow to really do any true work with.
Using some work apps like excel for instance with mainly just the touch screen does have a learning curve initially. Once you figure out how to get to certain functions it's not that bad. This is usually just on a plane type situation.
Just using as a tablet while sitting on a couch or bed, etc... works fine although as many reviews state it's heavier/more bulky than say an iPad or dedicated tablet. This is fine for me as I use it as a laptop 85% of the time, so the trade off is worth it to not carrying two devices around.
Not really a Sony Duo item but it there is a learning curve to Win8. After you spend a little time figuring it out, it's actually just fine especially when you get your desktop area setup the way you like. Some of the Win8 apps available still have bugs so they don't also work right, very similar to apps on your phone how they don't always work right.
If you're looking for a small, light touchscreen laptop/tablet combo for mainly laptop use I think this thing is great.
