This is the best Sony Home Theater i have ever bought. The sound is amazing, is crisp and clean with no distortions. It's real load and the subwoofer could really make the floors shake. The Front tall speakers look real nice and elegant and a perfect height. I love that it comes with the included Network Speaker (SA-NS310) it's a plus and it's and its load for being such a small speaker. But at the end it's a great system and i recommended it to anyone.

I bought this system for my newly renovated basement and I really like this system. I have bought me some 3D movies and I love watching them and I am always listening to the TV with the system also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 04cjm Awesome sound when it works
I got this for cyber Monday or Black Friday can't remember. The packing was ok, everything inside the box is box separate. Setup took about 2 hours.
Wireless speaker great. Long cords for both
Nice design except the way the panel is on top when it would've been better facing forward
Bravia sync is nice powers either on of off when Sony tv does and works seem less
Confusing to understand if you are actually receiving surround sound.
Feel of speakers feel too plastic I thought that it would have a heavier base for the rear speakers or stands.
Speaker cables sound be thicker
First I have a Sony Bravia tv bought this year and Fios Box 500gb hd/dvr I have the ACR HDMI going from Sony reciever to TV ACR slot and then the Fios box goes from HDMI output to receiver HDMI input 1. The receiver has a "sound on" mode which lets you choose what kind of sound you are viewing "music, movie, sports ect", this system is 5.1 but acutal voice sound only comes from the center channel and the front right speaker; now when I use other modes like 3D sound that's usually the only time I can hear the voice on the front left or all the speakers I understand how surround sound works, I know not all broadcasters or on demand things are 5.1 but why is just voice coming from the front right and center doesn't make sense, the time I can get the others to work is is by having 3d sound on but that make it sound like every speaker is on. I have tried turning sound mode "off" and just letting whatever source come out the speakers naturally and some programs sound in each individual speaker. So I'm not sure if I'm truly getting 5.1 surround sound, the Sony tv also has a "Dolby 2.0 ch" popup on my screen with kHz reading sometimes it switches to Dolby pro and then it goes away its kind of confusing.
