The World of Sony in Your Hand!
I could not have asked for a better phone! The phone's size is perfect! The dual-core processor's speed is excellent! The apps are awesome, including the proprietary TimeScape widgets! And the camera, well, it has excellent resolution in beautiful full HD. The full-HD screen makes the pictures and videos look brilliant and colorful. The matte back cover is great for holding it without fear of it slipping or getting smudged. If it had been 4G LTE, I would be 110% satisfied! I love my Sony Xperia acro S!

A Really Good Phone
But there's one problem I'm having with the call quality, the volume is way too low and I don't know how to fix it! help please?

A Pretty Cool Phone
I've had every generation phone made by a certain fruit company; however, not really liking the newest model and getting bored of the OS I figured I would try something different.
The acro S may not be the sexiest phone out there, but it does look nice, feels great in the hand thanks to it's curved shape, and is different since no US carrier subsidizes it. Not having to worry about dropping it in liquids makes it even a more fun phone. I can now use my phone in rain or snow storms without having to worry my phone will die - a must have for CO winters.
I really am liking the phone so far, and am enjoying how flexible Android is. Sony offers some really helpful accessories, like Xperia tags for home and office convenience, and the Sony SmartWatch to receive phone updates while leaving the phone in the pocket or backpack.
There are a few things that annoy a bit, like the phone being a bit thick and all the ports being covered by a flimsily little chrome plastic covers. I do understand the covers are there to ensure the phone does not get damaged while submerged in water; however, Sony could have probably used better quality covers and perhaps made them slidable instead. The camera is also a bit strange. I have yet to be able to take pictures using the side camera button, but I have found that the best pictures are taken by setting the shutter to become the full touch screen - this allows for easy focusing on anything. The camera lens also smudges really easily, and I'm not sure if this is due to location or glass quality; if you gently clean the glass before taking pictures it will be ok, but the pictures are still not iPhone-like; which is not cool considering Sony now makes camera parts for the latest gen fruit phone - but it's still not a bad camera.
Being an OS X user, I don't like that Sony only provides Windows friendly synching software, but that is fine considering I can always run Windows and everything is in the cloud nowadays.
