KDL-40R450A good HDTV. Base on price it's a good HDTV, this is my 1st HDTV Sony got this for gaming on the PS3 picture quality is great love the feature of power saving it dont heat so much even in MAX setting. The bottom line works really well with the playstation 3 sync both work work like as one, that why one of the reason took Sony over Samsung this time. June 5, 2013

HD 40''' It arrived with a cracked screen. Called Customer Support and was asked to send it back. I had to drive to FedEx to drop it off. It took only 4 days from the time I sent the broken one back until the replacement was delivered. Representatives at Sony we're really courteous and knowledgeable. May 11, 2013
Broken on Delivery The construction quality of this screen is poor, it was not entirely assembled and the screen was broken. no damage to the box and no marks on the bezel but clearly it was damaged during assembly. Returning tomorrow. Very disappointed. Will wait to review the actual function of the TV once I receive a working model. April 2, 2013
