PROFORMA™ 46” 2-in-1 TV Base (Satin Black)
best TV stand
I am really lucky I found this stand. I shopped around and felt the majority of stands under 400 bucks were all of cheap materials in terms of buld. This stand looks really sharp, and you can tell right away that it is quality-made which makes the price more than reasonable. Now, I am trying to convince my friends to buy one.
I have a Sony TV as well - NX720 - and they fit nicely together. The TV and the stand look like they were made to go together; I use the mount and the TV hovers just above the stand with a small gap which looks really appeasing to the eye.

Proforma TV Stand
I bought a Proforma TV stand from Sony Store and I was very suprised at what you got for the dollars. First of all, it was very easy to install (less than 1/2 hour with help from my 10 year old son). Secondly, the construction was very strudy. No particle board rather wood. It feel very strudy and I have confidence that it will last for a long time. Thirdly, the stand was very well thought out. I used the wall mount style that includes swivel. The swivel was placed in the middle of the products so when I placed the stand flush on the wall it still had full swivel left and right. Very well designed. Lastly, It didn't break my pocket book. All in all, very pleased with my purchase.

The stand looks great and fits all of my devices: blu-ray player + 3D glasses, cable box, PS2 + controllers, gamecube, and even my modem and router. With all of that on it it still looks sleek and uncrowded - plus the edges line up perfectly with my TV. I'm using the glass tabletop and it's at the right height for me to see comfortably from my couch. .

I got this stand for my condo because I couldn't wall mount my TV (I rent and didn't want to put holes in the wall). Putting the stand took me about 30 minutes to put together and honestly couldn't have been easier. I chose the integrated mount solution for my 46" EX720 and have to admit it looks sweet! The stand and the TV look like they were designed to match the edges, which gives it a really clean look. I really don't use the swivel option but do like the option of being able to swivel pretty far out even with the stand next to the wall. The only small issue I would say I have with the stand is that it is a bit more expensive than other stands in the market but like they say, "you get what you pay for."
