40” (diag) LED EX620-Series Internet TV
Great TV all round. Great value for the money and so many great gadgets to go with it. The only thing I don't like is the inherent Soap Opera effect with LED TVs. It's the fact that it's always refreshing at 120hz when the image is pretty static. This makes the scenes look unreal in a bad way. Sony should lead the market with a fix for this issue that is an LED issue, not a Sony TV issue.

Amazing, Intelligent TV
This TV has some great bells and whistles, but can take some getting used to. For example, playing PS3 games on this TV seems like a match made in heaven; and with it's "vibrant" option, you can have the picture come through bright and clear, even in a room filled with sunlight. What I mean about 'takes some getting used to' though, is that the 120 hz refresh rate with the additional frame blending can cause TV shows you're used to seeing look completely different. For example, I'm a fan of 30 Rock and LOST, and both of those shows are shot predominantly hand held and the camera wobble is sort of part of the aesthetic. Well, with the refresh, it compensates by smoothing out this motion and makes the show look... weird. I don't know how to describe it, but it is something that can be disabled so don't worry about it. It is a GREAT feature, however, for sports! Game changing (pun intended)!
A lot of people have complained about the additional purchase of the wi-fi tuner, but I just plugged an ethernet cable directly into it so this is not a problem for me. You might be better off buying a network switch or a router with additional ethernet cable outs and just run a cable to the TV (I know, it sounds prehistoric these days, but I prefer cable over all this signal flying around my house possibly giving me cancer).
My only complaint about the TV is the audio. It doesn't even sound like it's in stereo. I mean, this is SONY? How could the on-board audio not be at least somewhat high-end?
Overall, buy with confidence. I got this TV on sale, and I truly love it. Besides the things I mentioned above, it can do so much more. And the remote has a Netflix button right on it! Just press the button and "BAM", you're streaming Netflix! So awesome...

An excellent TV. Very realistic. Flexible.
Yes, I purchased the 100 dolllar item for wifi. But this unit is a real gem. My kids have huge expensive Panasonics, Sharps, and LG products.
They are new and nice but when my grandkids visit my kids all say how natural and clear my TV is in comparison.
I watch Netflix and with all the inputs etc I have networked it all in my system.... LOTS of inputs and very flexible.
I suppose my only complaint its that a few of the widgets are only American and Qriocity is yet to work in Canada.
But my wife, who originally was aginst the purchase even though we were given money for it, she now just loves it.
Highly recommended. JUst buy the dongle if you want to WiFi. Worth it. I would have got the 3D but both my wife and I got sick and vomited last 3D TV we watched.
Very satiffied. And works well with high end theatre system..... just get it.

The Size, Picture Quality and Price make this an awesome TV for anyone. Specifically the sports enthusiast. 1080p with 120 makes this even better.
