32" Class (31.5" diag) BRAVIA® EX710 LED LCD HDTV
Only reason I got it was deep discount via work. I'd be sending it back if I paid what Sony wants online. For a bedroom tv with straight-on viewing its fine. But any movement to the side and the picture quality goes bad fast. I found i have the worst [AUO] panel in it thus the bad viewing angle. I wish Sony and others were up front on the panels they have in them. You have to hunt the web to find out how to determine them and its usually in the serial number (a code) but if you buy online you never get to precheck the panel type. Sound is ok - could be better. Remote feels very cheap (hard to open the battery compartment) could briefly light up on touch like my AT&T u-verse remotes. Seems to work fine on home network with DLNA and plays photos, music and most video formats from Windows Media Player but sometimes loses local home network connection. The menus are littered with internet content that i wish I could filter out so i can scroll some menus faster.

a little overpriced but overall a really good tv
So I've had this tv for almost 4 months and haven't had any problems whatsoever...also as stated on the other reviews about the angle view that looks "washed out" it isn't really a big of a deal. The overall picture for this tv is amazing so if you have the extra cash to spend on a 32" hdtv of this caliber go ahead and give yourself a nice treat otherwise there's also an ex500 if you really don't care about the internet tv stuff. Also this size tv is great for bedroom videogame set up

Love the TV itself. Super nice picture quality! I use it for my PC and PS3, both connecting through HDMI cables which is awsome!
Only thing this, scrolling through the TV menus tend to be quite slow in comparison with other brands.
Also the remote control is ridiculously ugly and poorly built. The back of the remote control slides up for battery removal, however, due to its hollowness, the controller squeaks every time I press a button. And the design/ build quality itself isn't what I expected from a Sony product. The looks of it is similar to the PS3 remote, however, the PS3 remote is clearly better built and higher in quality. If I can actually use the PS3 remote for my TV, I would.

I paid over $800 for this TV set. Others were available at half the price, but I wanted the top of the line. This set is definitely not top of the line. If you move 45 degrees to the side from center, the picture becomes very poor. My Samsung set doesn’t have this problem. The internal processor is slow -- there is a large delay before activation if you select "favorites" or "TV Guide."
